Buying Music Tracks and Albums

How do you buy your music? Do you buy only the tracks you liked from, say, iTunes Music Store or do you buy whole albums like CDs from record stores.

Buying only the tracks you like saves you the hassle having to listen to other craps some artists churn out. Because, let's face it, it's very rare for an album to have 80% of the tracks hitting the charts. Mostly they will only have 1, 2 or 3 tracks worth listening.

Now, why would you want to buy whole albums? If you're so much into music, you will notice that each artists have their own style of playing. Most of the time, their unique style can be defined not only by one song, it may span to their other songs and sometimes songs from their other albums.

So what? Well, again, if you're so into music, over time, you will realize that albums are much like story books. They tell a story. And that story doesn't end when the hit single from that album stop hitting the airwaves. And if you listen only to a band's single just because it was a hit, you're missing a lot.
