Ever wonder why certain bottled water tastes or priced differently from the others? With a little researching here's what I've gathered.

Purified/Filtered Water

Purified water goes through stages of purification. There are what you call plain purification and reverse osmosis purification. Plain purification, as the name suggests, goes through a number purifiers/filters until the product is deemed clean enough to drink. Each stage removes certain elements from the water.

Reverse osmosis purification employs the same method as plain purification only it adds another step in the process. It uses reverse osmosis technology to further cleanse the water of harmful elements by forcing water out of its cell using extreme pressure. Reverse osmosis method produced more waste water than plain purification. It's goal is to take as much elements from the water as possible.
